When you send a review request

The form asks for your name, reply email, business name, website, town or service area and service interest. Only when you select “Request my free review” does your browser send those details to EmailJS using Imperial Ink's existing email service and template. They are used to reply about the review and agree a suitable time.

EmailJS processes the request and passes it to the email service for contact@imperialinkconsulting.com.

See EmailJS's privacy policy for its processing, metadata, infrastructure and international transfer information. This site does not set a retention period for EmailJS or the receiving mailbox.

The unsent-draft alternative

“Prepare an email draft instead” creates the request locally in your browser without contacting EmailJS. The site does not save your entries in browser storage. If you open an email app, your browser passes the recipient, subject and message to that app. It has its own privacy terms, and nothing is sent from that draft until you send it yourself.

There is no connected booking system, database, analytics or tracking pixel in this version. A network failure can leave submission acceptance uncertain; check before sending another copy.

Information awaiting confirmation

The exact legal business name and full postal contact address await confirmation from the owner. The actual retention practice, lawful basis, full processor details and privacy rights information also remain to be confirmed.

Any further booking tool, form provider or analytics needs an appropriate review and disclosure before it is connected.
